I have listed and sold over 265 properties in the last three years, so I have become a local expert of Wakulla County. I have been selling real estate in Wakulla County since 2004, after moving up from Pinellas County. I specialize in both new construction and re-sales.

In 2006 Coldwell Banker was proud to present me with the prestigious award of the International Presidents Elite Club for my closing of 69 contracts in one year. I also have earned my G.R.I designation that only 20% of licensed real estate professionals have.

I bring extensive computer knowledge, marketing, and problem solving skills, as well as my ability to keep things organized and running in a timely manner.

I have been recently recognized by the Tallahassee Board of Realtors for closing over $5 million of real estate and The Diamond Society within Coldwell Banker for 2007.
